by John

Chapter 6-----Rebirth, A child of light Shall Overcome

Narrator: Well this is it. The last chapter in this saga. Now Its up to Rimururu to win her most deadly battle, With herself. Well just skip the usual banter and get on with the show.

Narr: For a long minute Rimururu stood in fear of what she'd done. Before her lay Nakoruru on the ground. Had she killed her own sister? Or had she survived and the spell broken?

Rimururu: Nakoruru? Nakoruru? Nakoruru, are you alright? Oh please don't be dead! I, I couldn't help you when you needed me!

That demon, he used you to stop me. He made you fight with me, because he thought Id never hurt you and I did. I'm sorry.

Nakoruru:(weak) I, forgive you.

Rimururu: Nakoruru, your alright!! Oh I thought Id lost you forever!! But, But, How did you survive? That attack should have killed you?

Nakoruru: Advice. You gotta aim better. I'm grateful you missed though. But the jobs not done yet. Destroy the demon!

Narr: Rimururu stood up and turned around. Now all her hate filled her eye's. The demon had done more then hurt the innocent, now he'd gone and made her fight to the death with her sister.

She pulled out her Kodachi and pointed it at Ujio.

Rimururu: Now we end this!

Ujio: Not yet.

Narr: Ujio raises his hands and casts a spell over Rimururu. She's engulfed in a black cloud. Nakoruru can only watch, she knows what he's doing.

Nakoruru: Rimururu, only you can see the truth in this spell.

Narr: Inside the cloud Rimururu could see no escape. The cloud seamed endless.

Rimururu: What is this? Where am I?

Narr: The cloud cleared and Rimururu looked around. She was in a wood's. It looked like the wood's back home. But it looked about 10 year's younger, and it looked a lot bigger now.

Rimururu:(child's voice) Where am I. Why do I sound like a child?

Narr: She walked over to a puddle and was shocked. She was 10 years younger too. A 5 year old looked back at her. She also noted that her costume was different. Instead of her samurai outfit she was in a Kimono.

Rimururu: This must be before my training. But why am I so young?

Narr: She stands in wonder, as she try's to figure out her situation. All at once she hears the patter of wooden sandals on the dirt path.

Nakoruru:(child's voice) Rimururu, where are you?

Rimururu: Nakoruru? But that would make her 7.

Narr: Little Nakoruru skips up the path toward Rimururu, her Kimono dancing in the breeze. Rimururu just stands and waits.

Nakoruru: Rimururu, come I have something to show you.

Narr: They skip off into the woods and soon come up on a spring. The spring fills a little pool.

Nakoruru: Daddy say that this spring is magic. He didn't say what it does but I want to know.

Rimururu: I don't know Nakoruru, Grandmother says we shouldn't play with magic that we don't understand.

Nakoruru: Oh don't worry. What can water do?

Narr: Nakoruru cups her hands and scoops out some water. She then sips it up and turns around.

Nakoruru: See silly, nothing happened.

Rimururu: Well I think I'll listen to Grandmother and not drink any.

Narr: They walk back to the trail. Nakoruru starts to lag behind.

Rimururu: Are you ok?
Nakoruru: I feel sick. My tummy hurts.

Rimururu: I told you not to drink the water. Now your sick.
Nakoruru: I feel funny. Like I got a stone in my belly.

Rimururu: Stone? That's weird. We'd better get you home fast so grandmother can have a look at you.

Narr: They hurry faster but Nakoruru slow's down every second. Soon she can't move at all.

Nakoruru: Rimururu look.

Narr: She turns around to find a gray spot forming on Nakoruru's belly.

Rimururu: It feels like stone, and it's getting bigger.

Nakoruru:(weak voice) I can't move. Help. I feel cold all over.

Narr: Now the spots grown bigger and is close to Nakorurus heart. If it reaches's her heart she'll die.

Nakoruru: Help me!

Rimururu: I don't know how! Please tell me!

Narr: She stands there and thinks. How will she do it? Just then she hears Nakoruru scream. The stone is reaching her heart.

Rimururu jumps on Nakoruru and embraces her.

Rimururu: Nakoruru all I can do is fight this with what power I have left.

Narr: She begins to power up. She feels her power growing second by second. Suddenly both her and Nakoruru are illuminated.

She concentrates harder and harder until she hears a cracking noise. The stone has retreated and soon disappears completely.

Narr: They both fall to the ground. For a moment she can't move. All she can do is lay there.

Nakoruru: Rimururu. Rimururu. You did it.

Rimururu:.......?

Nakoruru: You saved me. I was going to die but you saved me.

Narr: She hugs Rimururu, and then helps her up.

Nakoruru: Thank you so much.

Rimururu(closes eyes and smiles) Any time.

Narr: When she opens them again she cant see Nakoruru. Then she notices that she's in her regular clothes again. But she's back in the cloud. However this time the cloud is hollow and forms a big room.

Nakoruru: Rimururu!

Rimururu: Nakoruru?

Narr: She looks around the space and finally sees Nakoruru, but this one isn't smiling.

Rimururu: Nakoruru, oh thank goodness your safe. I was worried about you.

Nakoruru: Be quiet Rimururu. Now didn't I tell you not to come?! Why did you disobey me?!

Rimururu: What?!

Nakoruru: I told you not to come after me, now we'll all die because of you! I, I wish you had never been born!!

Galford: Yeah!! All you do is get in the way make trouble for us.

Rimururu: Galford? You're here too?

Nakoruru: All you are is an embarrassment on our family. You fail and dishonor us.

Rimururu: But you told me I was getting better.

Galford: Anything to shut you up!! Your skills are a disgrace. You will never be good.

Nakoruru: Now we'll correct that mistake. Prepare to die.

Rimururu: No! No! It's not true! Your not Nakoruru, and your not Galford! They care about me and would never hurt me like you are! You're a trick cooked up by Ujio to fool me!

Nakoruru: Give it up brat! You've lost!

Rimururu: NEVER!!!

Narr: Rimururu powers up even more than before. Suddenly the ground shakes and a ball of light forms around her.

Soon the ball is so bright that she has to close her eyes.

Rimururu: Take This!!!!

Narr: The ball expands and disintegrates the two figures.

Nakoruru/Galford: NNNNOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Narr: The cloud then disappears and she's back in the room with Nakoruru.

Nakoruru: Rimururu, you did it! You passed the test!

Ujio: No! How could you break that spell?! No one has ever broken free of my spell.

Rimururu: Well I'm not just anyone! I'm Rimururu Warrior of Light!

Narr: She now glowed with a light that neither Nakoruru nor Ujio had ever seen.

Ujio: How is this possible?! How could I not scenes this power?!

Nakoruru: When you tried to destroy her mind you unlocked a power hidden deep inside Rimururu. Now its out and you're the one who'll suffer.

Rimururu: Nakoruru the power that he unlocked, its incredible! I've never felt such power!

Narr: The ground shook as Rimururu's power reached its peak.

Ujio: Now I'll have to crush you! Prepare to die!

Narr: Rimururu stood ready. Ujio watched her for a long minute. She just stood and waited.

Ujio disappeared infront of Rimururu. She looked around for a second.

POW!!

Narr: Ujio reappeared infront of her. The hit sent Rimururu flying. She flew through a wall and lie there for a second. Then she got up and shot an Ice ball that was easily deflected be Ujio.

Ujio: Not good enough.

Narr: He disappears again and Rimururu looked around again. She felt a pair of hands grab onto her and throw her across the room.

Nakoruru: Rimururu!

Ujio: Pathetic. Even with all that power.

Rimururu:(thinking) Gotta be a way. He's fast, and that trick. Trick!!

Narr: She thought back to the other day when she'd fought Galford.

Rimururu: It's just a trick. He's only invisible.

Rimururu: Are you ready?!

Ujio: Don't waste my time.

Rimururu: I'm ready. Ready to embrace my fate.

Ujio: So be it.

Narr: Ujio disappears. Rimururu closes her eyes and gets into Crane Stance.

Rimururu:(thinking) This worked once. Now wait for it. Wait. Wait. Now!!

YUH!!

POW!!

Narr: She strikes Ujio and he can only stagger.

Ujio: How did you know?

Rimururu: Easy, you couldn't attack me when I could see you. No, that would have taken too much work. Instead you went invisible so you could finish me easy.

Rimururu: Now its time to finish this!!

Narr: She charges at the stunned Ujio and strikes him again and again. She jumps up and kick's him in the head.

Ujio: Now Die!!

Narr: Suddenly all the spikes above start falling down.

Nakoruru: Lookout!!

Narr: Rimururu fires a blast of ice up to the spikes. Then she jumps up.

SSSSLLLLLAAAASSSSHHH!!

She lands on the ground and soon all that's left of the spikes falls to the floor. She gets in guard stance and breathes heavy.

Rimururu: I broke your toys Ujio, and now I'm going to break you!

Narr: She powers up for one last attack.

Rimururu: FFFFRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZEEEEEE!!

Narr: a huge Ice Beam shoots out of Rimururu's hands and at Ujio. It strikes Ujio and he freezes.

Ujio: NOOOOOOOOO!!!

Rimururu: Now to finish!!

Narr: She draws her Kodachi and jumps into the air.

Rimururu: YUH! (Echo)

Narr: She lands on the ground before the demon. For a long moment the demon stands in shock.

CCCCCCCRRRRRRRRRAAAAACCCCCKKKKKKK! POP!

Narr: Ujio begins to fall apart.

THUD!!

Narr: The two halves fall apart.

Rimururu returns her kodachi to its scabbara.

Rimururu: I'm done.

Narr: The ground stops shaking, the illumination subsides.

Nakoruru: Rimururu.

Narr: For a long moment No one can move. The power of the attack leaves everyone stunned.

After a few minutes Rimururu walks over to Nakoruru. She helps her up and they begin to walk out.

Nakoururu: Listen, I didn't mean for you not to come because.

Rimururu: Never mind. Lets just leave that pathetic heap where he is and get outta here.

Nakoruru: Rimururu, Thank You.

Rimururu: Don't mention it. Now lets go home.

Galford: Nakoruru? Rimururu?

Narr: Galford comes charging into the home with Poppy at his heels.

Galford: Oh your ok. When I read the note I feared the worst. So, did I miss anything?

Narr: They look at each other and start giggling.

Nakoruru/Rimururu: No, Nothing big.

Galford: Well then lets get out of here.

Narr: They depart.

Narr: While passing through the town they come up on a figure standing in the road.

Rimururu: Rimururu Bust.

Nakoruru: Stand back. I'll handle this.

Narr: Rimururu stops Nakoruru and walks up to her.

Rimururu: Hello.

Rimururu B: Hi. I saw what you did. I'm proud to be your twin.

Rimururu: Well that's great. So, what are you going to do now?

Rimururu B: Go back with Nakoruru Bust. But I'm going to get better. Next time, we'll have a real fight.

Rimururu: I can't wait.

Rimururu B: I kinda wish I had something to remember you by till then.

Rimururu: Well I have an Idea.

Narr: Rimururu takes her headband off, and then she takes Bust off and places hers on Busts head. She puts Busts on her head.

Rimururu: Now we'll be together, best friend forever.

Rimururu B: Thank you.

Narr: They hug again and then boaw to each other.

Rimururu: Goodbye.

Rimururu B: Goodbye.

Narr: They depart their separate ways.

Nakoruru: What was that about?

Rimururu: Sisterly love.

Nakoruru: I don't get it?

Rimururu: You'll understand someday.

Narr: The trio depart into the sunset.

Narrator: Well that's the conclusion of part 6 of Rimururu to the Rescue.
Nakoruru: Quite a story John.
Rimururu: Yeah, it ended on a high note. We came a long way in all that time.

Narrator: I'll say. We started with a birthday all the way back in part 1 and here we are at the end.
